Little Creators Day at Aarna: Where Health Meets Imagination

Aarna Healthcare hosted Little Creators Day, an interactive initiative designed to bring parents and children together around one critical idea — health is not something to react to, it is something to build early.

Led by Dr. Anupriya Dixit, the session blended creativity, conversation, and clinical insight to create a meaningful experience for families. Children engaged in drawing and creative activities, while parents received guidance on building healthy routines from early childhood through teenage years.

A key highlight of the event was the emphasis on early intervention. The session reinforced that health risks often begin silently and can be addressed effectively when identified early. This approach shifts focus from delayed discovery to proactive care.

Complementary health screenings for parents revealed real impact — multiple participants were identified with underlying health concerns, reinforcing the importance of regular monitoring beyond annual check-ups.

The event also surfaced an important dimension — parental anxiety and the need for structured guidance. The interaction highlighted that while awareness exists, clarity and direction are often missing.

Aarna is building on these insights and will soon introduce a Children’s Health Card, designed to track, guide, and support a child’s health journey in a structured and proactive manner.

Little Creators Day was not just an event. It was a step toward redefining how families approach health — together, consciously, and early.
